I think it may not be "on a boat" but rather at "The Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo. A few months ago I got to go on a "behind the scenes" tour of it. The bottlenosed dolphins set-up looked just like that. And there was a domestic cat looking just like that that we met-It had become a resident of the park on it's own and was being trained to participate in some of the animal shows. I saw that video another time and discussed with some of the other volunteers I went with that it was likely the same cat and some of the dolphins we saw. Pam
