physicist designs squirrel deterrent, then builds a special squirrel cafe

One of my Berkeley, California, neighbors--a cyclotron physicist--had some time on his hands during sheltering in place and used it to deal with an energetic squirrel. I know these squirrels well! Fortunately, this story has a happy ending for everyone.
